If born Feb. 20th – 29th: The presence of Neptune in your solar ascendant will make you rather philosophical and you will continue to take an impractical outlook on all matters.  Because of this reason seek the advice of a friend who can offer realistic and practical solutions to the problems you are faced with.  From May 8 to 31 will be a period of much anxiety and concern regarding an inheritance.  This matter will not be resolved during this cycle.  All money matters should be very carefully handled to avoid financial loss.

If born March 1st – 9th:  You will go through the most challenging cycle dealing with all your financial matters.  Take extreme care not to rush into judgment involving finances because your discriminative faculty will be rather impaired. Most of your focus will go to money matters and you may have bad blood with some of your closest associates because offinancial matters.  The period between April 6 and May 7 will pose the greatest threat to your finances.  This may involve an inheritance issue.  No developments taking place during this cycle should be taken seriously, as this will be only a passing phase.  Starting May 11 will be a cycle in which you should exercise great diplomacy in all your foreign dealings and undertake no journey to avoid financial loss or unforeseen circumstances.

If born March 10th -21st:   A great deal is likely to happen in your life professionally between April 1 and May 10.  Your workload will increase quite a bit and you will be expected to deliver a lot more than before.  This will be a difficult time, as your business associates will not be very willing to help you.  Hence, exercise caution and diplomacy to keep your position safe.  No important decisions should be made during this period.
